Shipping times are approximate and depends on where your country is located, your postal office, and custom practices. Your order might be shipped in multiple shipments for us to optimize shipping and delivery times. Returned packages that is not the fault of the sender can be resent at the expense of the customer. Refunds for returned packages that is not the fault of the sender will be issued in full less the expense of the shipping costs incurred by the sender.
