Before you give
Will it arrive before the holidays?
Order in-stock pieces by December 15 and they arrive in time for Christmas. They leave us within 48 hours and arrive within five days.
Crystal Candles are made to order, so order them by November 24. A Crystal Candle ordered after November 24, Black Friday weekend included, arrives after Christmas.
Can it be returned?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day your order ships to start a return. Our returns page has the details.
How long does a Crystal Candle take?
We make each Crystal Candle to order. Allow two to three weeks for us to pour and finish it before it ships. For Christmas delivery, order by November 24.
Does shipping cost anything?
Not on these pieces. Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $300, and every piece in this edit clears that on its own.
